About Team

Nghano has the capacity to train 250 individuals per day and provides apprenticeships in ten different trades. In addition, the Training Centre is a recognized Trade Test center with the Department of Higher Education and Training, and has trade-tested 400 applicants every year since 2014.

Nghano Training and Development Centre is a training centre specializing in the facilitation and delivery of training products and trade tests in Mogalakwena Municipality and regional markets. The company offers Private, Public and Construction companies a reliable, high-quality alternative to in-house resources for business development, market development, training, and quality assurance.
Nghano Training and Development Centre have been registered with CIPC in 2013 as a private company with a sole founding director, Miss Ramasela Sonya Monama. The company's founder is a former and current Health and Safety Manager with experience as a Lecturer, Facilitator and Moderator. She has studied towards a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, has a certificate in Safety Management, Assessor and Moderator.
Within Mogalakwena and Regional markets, Nghano Training and Development Centre plans to target private and public institutions, Construction and Engineering companies, tailoring our services to their needs. One of Nghano Training and Development Centre' challenges will be establishing itself as a reputable training and development company, positioned as a relatively risk-free purchase.
